Registering a Group?

Register as a group of 5 or more and save $50 per person. Call 888.642.2677 for group registration.

Discount for Teens and College Students:

20% off the conference price. Complete your registration and contact the Main Registrar at info@mounthermon.org to receive your discount.

We encourage teens to register for dorm housing, especially if they plan to attend the Teen Track, as those sessions will be held in that area. Note that the dorms are up a bit of a steep hill from the main conference area where meals, general sessions, and the rest of the conference meetings are held. Those who choose dorm accommodations should be physically capable of making the climb.

20% off the conference price for participants. Complete your registration and contact the Main Registrar at info@mounthermon.org to receive your discount.

*Adults Accompanying Minors

Dorm supervisors will not be provided this year, so a parent or guardian is required to attend and room with any teen who is a minor (under 18). Lodging may be in the dorms or elsewhere at the conference, as available upon registration.
 
Adults who accompany minors may pay the full amount and participate in everything the conference has to offer. Or they can skip the instructional sessions and appointments and take $500 off registration/meals/housing. Non-participating parents may attend the First-Timers Orientation, General Sessions, Autograph Party, Recreational Options (as available after paid conferees have signed up), the Palm Sunday service, and meals. They may accompany their teens to the Meet & Greet but may not make faculty appointments.

  • To room together in dorm housing: complete your registration, selecting Dorm Double for the adult and Teen Track Dorm Double for the minor. After registering, contact the Main Registrar at info@mounthermon.org for a $500 discount off the non-participating adult's price.
  • To room together in other housing, complete your registration, selecting the lodging option you desire. After registering, contact the Main Registrar at info@mounthermon.org and request the $500 discount for a non-participating parent and the 20% teen discount.

There are no discounts for non-participating adults who do not room with a registered minor.

Camperships

Please do not let finances get in the way of a Mount Hermon experience. Through the generosity of many, a partial grant from the Campership Fund may be just the gift you need to make it possible for you to attend camp.   • $100 for Main Conference
  • Balance due for Conference 1 Month prior to event
