Housing Descriptions

    Deluxe Larger rooms with private bathroom and pillow top queen mattresses.
    Standard Moderate rooms with private bathroom
    Economy Smaller rooms located a little farther from the main conference center area; some have private bathrooms and some are dorm style with community bathrooms in the hall

    A limited number of cabins in each category, in a variety of sizes with equipped kitchen and living room. Pricing is based on the size of the cabin and number of roommates. Please call for more pricing information.


Registering a Group?

If you are looking to bring a group of 5 or more, save $50 per person, please call 888.642.2677 for group registration.

Discount for Teens and College Students:

20% off the conference price. Complete your registration and contact the Main Registrar at to receive your discount. Teens under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Discount for Homeschoolers and their Families:

30% off the conference price. Complete your registration and contact the Main Registrar at to receive your discount. Teens under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.*

*Adults who accompany teens may pay the full amount and attend all sessions. Or they can get $500 off registration/meals/housing if they do not attend sessions. (They may attend the general sessions, the autograph party, the Recreational Options, and the Palm Sunday service with their teens. They can also attend the First Timers Orientation and the faculty Meet & Greet on Friday afternoon.)

  • Balance due for Conference 1 Month prior to event
