Registering a Group?

Discount for College Students:

20% off the conference price for full-time college students. Complete your registration and contact the Main Registrar at 888.642.2677 to receive your discount.

Teen discount is included in discounted rates above.

Adults Accompanying Minors

A parent or guardian is required to attend and room with any teen who is a minor (under 18). Lodging may be in the dorm, economy, standard, or deluxe housing, as available upon registration.

A guardian can be a court-appointed legal guardian or an adult (age 21 or over) who has been authorized by a parent or legal guardian to serve as a temporary guardian for the duration of the writers’ conference.  After a parent and the temporary guardian have both filled out and signed the downloadable Temporary Guardian Consent Form, mail it to:

Adults who accompany minors may pay the full amount and participate in everything the conference has to offer. Or they can skip the instructional sessions and appointments and take $500 off registration/meals/housing. Non-participating parents may attend the First-Timers Orientation, General Sessions, Autograph Party, Recreational Options (as available after paid conferees have signed up), the Palm Sunday service, and meals. They may accompany their teens to the Meet & Greet but may not make faculty appointments.


Please do not let finances get in the way of a Mount Hermon experience. Through the generosity of many, a partial grant from the Campership Fund may be just the gift you need to make it possible for you to attend. Airport Shuttle Service
